This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Pickleball App (“the App,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use our software on iOS and Android. It also applies to visitors of pickleballapp.online.

Summary

Pickleball App is designed as an offline-first training notebook. Core features do not require an account. Training sessions, match results, notes, and settings are stored on your device. We do not operate a cloud service that stores your personal training history for the core product.

Information the App stores on your device

Depending on how you use the App, it may store locally:

• Training session records (drills completed, duration, optional notes)
• Match scores and optional metadata (partner, opponents, location, notes)
• Favorites, language, theme, and other settings you choose
• Drills, plans, and rules used for training inside the App

This information remains on your device unless you choose to export or share it through your operating system’s share features (when those features become available), or unless you clear app data.

Information we do not collect for core features

For the core training and scoring experience we do not require:

• Account registration or login
• A social profile or friend graph
• Upload of your match history or practice notes to our servers

This website

pickleballapp.online is our marketing site. Standard web server or CDN logs (such as IP address, user agent, and request path) may be collected by the hosting provider as part of delivering the site — we do not use the website to build a profile of your training activity.

App stores and payments

If you download the App or make purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those transactions are handled by Apple or Google under their respective privacy policies. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Analytics and third-party SDKs

The initial product is designed without mandatory third-party analytics that identify you. If we add optional analytics or crash reporting in a future version, we will update this policy and, where required, request consent or provide in-app controls.

Children’s privacy

The App is a general-audience sports training tool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a cloud account, because core features do not use accounts. Parents who believe a child has provided personal information through a future optional cloud feature should contact us so we can delete it.

Your choices

• You can clear local data from the App’s settings (with confirmation).
• You can uninstall the App to remove local storage managed by the App.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves (for example if optional backup or sync is introduced). The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App or website after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
