Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use apply to the mobile application Pickleball App (“the App”) available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

Licensed Application End User License Agreement

For purchases and use through the Apple App Store, the App is licensed under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA):

If any term here conflicts with Apple’s standard EULA for App Store distribution, Apple’s standard EULA controls for that distribution.

Auto-renewable subscriptions

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock full access after the free trial period:

• Monthly Subscription — length: 1 month; billed monthly at the price shown in the App Store / Google Play at the time of purchase.
• Yearly Subscription — length: 1 year; billed yearly at the price shown in the App Store / Google Play at the time of purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your account settings after purchase.
